No commercial telephone seller shall conduct business in\n\nthis state without having registered with the Attorney General at\n\nleast ten (10) days prior to the conduct of such business.\n\nIndividual employees of the commercial telephone seller are not\n\nrequired to register. A commercial telephone seller conducts\n\nbusiness in this state if the telephone solicitations of prospective\n\npurchasers are made from locations in this state or solicitation is\n\nmade of prospective purchasers located in this state.\n\nB. A registration shall be effective for one (1) year after the\n\ndate of filing with the Attorney General. Each application for\n\nregistration or renewal thereof shall be accompanied by a filing\n\nfee, determined and collected by the Attorney General, but such\n\nfiling fee shall not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for\n\nan application for registration or One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for\n\nan application for renewal. Any registration not renewed by the\n\ncommercial telephone seller by the anniversary date of the\n\nregistration shall lapse. If the registration lapses, the\n\ncommercial telemarketer must file another application accompanied by\n\na fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). All monies collected\n\nunder this subsection shall be placed to the credit of the Attorney\n\nGeneral's Revolving Fund created in Section 20 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Whenever, prior to expiration of a commercial telephone\n\nseller's annual registration, there is a material change in the\n\ninformation required by subsection E of this section, the seller\n\nshall, within ten (10) days, file an addendum updating the\n\ninformation with the Attorney General.\n\nD. Each application for registration shall be in writing and\n\nshall contain such information regarding the conduct of the\n\ncommercial telephone seller's business and the personnel conducting\n\nthe business as is required by law. The application shall be\n\nsubmitted on a form provided by the Attorney General and shall be\n\nverified by a declaration signed by each principal of the commercial\n\ntelephone seller under penalty of perjury. The declaration shall\n\nspecify the date and location of signing. The information submitted\n\npursuant to this section shall be available for public inspection.\n\nE. Each application for registration or renewal pursuant to\n\nthis section shall contain the following information:\n\n1. The name or names of the commercial telephone seller,\n\nincluding all names under which the commercial telephone seller is\n\ndoing or intends to do business, if different from the name of the\n\nseller, and the name of any parent or affiliated organization;\n\n2. The seller's business form and the date and place of\n\norganization;\n\n3. The complete street addresses of all locations from which\n\nthe commercial telephone seller is or will be conducting business,\n\nincluding a designation of the seller's principal business location;\n\n4. A listing of all telephone numbers, including pay-per-call\n\nnumbers, to be used by the commercial telephone seller;\n\n5. The name, residential address, and position held by each\n\nprincipal of the commercial telephone seller and the names,\n\nresidential addresses and positions of those persons who have\n\nmanagement responsibilities in connection with the commercial\n\ntelephone seller's business activities;\n\n6. A description of the goods, services, property or extension\n\nof credit the commercial telephone seller is offering for sale and a\n\ncopy of all sales scripts the commercial telephone seller requires\n\nsalespersons to use when soliciting prospective purchasers, or, if\n\nno sales script is required to be used, a description of the sales\n\npresentation;\n\n7. All rules, regulations, terms, restrictions and conditions\n\nto receiving any prize, bonus, award, gift or premium, if\n\napplicable, including a description of each prize, bonus, award,\n\ngift or premium, and the actual or approximate odds of a purchaser's\nrsons to use when soliciting prospective purchasers, or, if\n\nno sales script is required to be used, a description of the sales\n\npresentation;\n\n7. All rules, regulations, terms, restrictions and conditions\n\nto receiving any prize, bonus, award, gift or premium, if\n\napplicable, including a description of each prize, bonus, award,\n\ngift or premium, and the actual or approximate odds of a purchaser's\n\nreceiving such prize, bonus, award, gift or premium;\n\n8. A copy or representative sample of all written materials the\n\nseller sends to any purchaser; and\n\n9.
