Stat. tit. 15, § 15-775B.7","heading":"Telemarketer Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General, to be designated the\n\n\"Telemarketer Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received pursuant to the provisions of the Telemarketer\n\nRestriction Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Attorney\n\nGeneral for the purpose of implementing, administering, or enforcing\n\nthe provisions of the Telemarketer Restriction Act.
