A commercial telephone seller or salesperson may not make\n\nany of the following types of phone calls, including calls made\n\nthrough automated dialing or recorded messages:\n\n1. A commercial telephone solicitation phone call before 8 a.m.\n\nor after 8 p.m. local time in the called person's time zone; and\n\n2. More than three commercial telephone solicitation phone\n\ncalls from any number to a person over a twenty-four-hour period on\n\nthe same subject matter or issue, regardless of the phone number\n\nused to make the call.\n\nB. A commercial telephone seller or salesperson making a\n\ncommercial telephone solicitation call may not:\n\n1. Intentionally act to prevent transmission of the telephone\n\nsolicitor's name or telephone number to the party called when the\n\nequipment or service used by the telephone solicitor is capable of\n\ncreating and transmitting the telephone solicitor's name or\n\ntelephone number; or\n\n2.
