Stat. tit. 15, § 15-776.3","heading":"Jurisdiction","body":"Transmitting or causing the transmission of fraudulent\n\nelectronic mail to or through a computer network of an electronic\n\nmail service provider located in this state shall constitute an act\n\nin this state. When jurisdiction over a person is based solely upon\n\nthis section, only a cause of action arising from acts enumerated in\n\nthis section may be asserted against that person.
