All persons enrolled in a third party prescription program\n\nshall be issued an identification card by the administrator of the\n\nprogram which shall be presented when obtaining services from a\n\npharmacy.\n\nB. In the event that a person uses a program identification\n\ncard to obtain goods and services from a pharmacy when they are no\n\nlonger eligible for prescription drug services, the administrator\n\nshall make one good faith payment for one claim to a pharmacy.\n\nC.
