No administrator of a third party prescription program shall\n\ndeny payment to a pharmacy for goods and services which may have\n\nresulted from the fraudulent or illegal use of an identification\n\ncard by any person unless the pharmacy has been notified that the\n\ncard has been canceled or discontinued.\n\nB. No administrator of a third party prescription program shall\n\nwithhold a payment to any pharmacy beyond the time period specified\n\nin the payment schedule provisions of the agreement. Individual\n\nclaims for payment may be returned to the pharmacy if such claims\n\nare incomplete or illegible.
