Any commercial entity that knowingly and intentionally\n\npublishes or distributes obscene material, or material that depicts\n\nor promotes child pornography or child sexual exploitation, on the\n\nInternet may be held liable to an individual for nominal damages,\n\nactual damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees as ordered\n\nby the court.\n\nB. A commercial entity that has violated this act in a manner\n\nthat satisfies standards for imposition of punitive damages\n\nelsewhere provided by law may be held liable to an individual for\n\npunitive damages.\n\nC.
