Stat. tit. 15, § 15-901.1","heading":"Lemon Law Buyback certificate of title notation","body":"Any manufacturer who reacquires or assists a dealer or\n\nlienholder to reacquire a motor vehicle registered in this state,\n\nprior to any sale, lease, or transfer of the vehicle in this state,\n\nor prior to exporting the vehicle to another state for sale, lease,\n\nor transfer if the vehicle was registered in this state and\n\nreacquired pursuant to this section or Section 901 of this title\n\nshall:\n\n1. Cause the vehicle to be retitled in the name of the\n\nmanufacturer; and\n\n2. Request the Oklahoma Tax Commission to brand the certificate\n\nof title with the notation \"Lemon Law Buyback\".
