Stat. tit. 15, § 15-953","heading":"Definitions","body":"For purposes of the Aftermarket Crash Parts Regulation Act:\n\n1. \"Insurer\" means an insurance company authorized to do\n\nbusiness in our state and any person authorized to represent the\n\ninsurer with respect to a claim;\n\n2. \"Aftermarket crash part\" means a replacement for any of the\n\nnonmechanical sheet metal or plastic parts which generally\n\nconstitute the exterior of a motor vehicle, including inner and\n\nouter panels;\n\n3. \"Non-original equipment manufacturer aftermarket crash part\"\n\nmeans aftermarket crash parts not made for or by the manufacturer of\n\nthe motor vehicle;\n\n4. \"Repair facility\" means any motor vehicle dealer, garage,\n\nbody shop or other commercial entity which undertakes the repair or\n\nreplacement of those parts that generally constitute the exterior of\n\na motor vehicle; and\n\n5. \"Installer\" means any person who actually does the work of\n\nreplacing or repairing parts of a motor vehicle.","path":["OK Code","Title 15"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os15.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"134d8f0a857b8c8a36ab97ea597c8942cee6057942d16ff76910aae3a661e7b2","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-952","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-15-15-954"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
