Stat. tit. 17, § 17-116.3","heading":"Rules and regulations establishing minimum standards","body":"The Commission shall make and enforce reasonable rules and\n\nregulations relating to motor vehicles used to transport workers to\n\nand from their places of employment or during the course of their\n\nemployment. These rules and regulations shall establish minimum\n\nstandards:\n\n(1) For the construction and mechanical equipment of a motor\n\nvehicle, including its coupling devices, lighting devices and\n\nreflectors, motor exhaust system, rear-vision mirrors, service and\n\nparking brakes, steering mechanism, tires, warning and signaling\n\ndevices and windshield wipers.\n\n(2) For the transportation of gasoline and explosives.\n\n(3) For the safety of passengers in a motor vehicle, including\n\nemergency exits, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, means of\n\ningress and egress, side walls and a tailgate or other means of\n\nretaining freight and passengers within the motor vehicle.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6416dbd0745199a05286e8b5e4870727154540255e57a0ac847404c12023e9d7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-116.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-116.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
