Stat. tit. 17, § 17-116.7","heading":"Orders of commission","body":"Whenever the Commission finds that a motor vehicle used to\n\ntransport workers to and from their places of employment or during\n\nthe course of their employment violates any provision of the rules\n\nand regulations or any amendment thereto, the Commission shall make,\n\nenter and serve upon the owner of the motor vehicle such order as\n\nmay be necessary to protect the safety of workers transported in the\n\nmotor vehicle. The Commission may direct in the order, as a\n\ncondition to the continued use of the motor vehicle for transporting\n\nworkers to and from their places of employment or during the course\n\nof their employment, that such additions, repairs, improvements or\n\nchanges be made and such safety devices and safeguards be furnished\n\nand used as are reasonably required to satisfy the requirements of\n\nthe rules and regulations, in the manner and within the time\n\nspecified in the order.
