Stat. tit. 17, § 17-122","heading":"Judgment for overcharge - Lien - Collection","body":"Upon ascertaining the amount of overcharge due from any public\n\nservice corporation, person or firm, the Corporation Commission\n\nshall have authority to render judgment against such public service\n\ncorporation, person, or firm, for the amount of such overcharge that\n\nmay have been collected from the public in violation of any legal\n\nrate, or order of the Dommission, if necessary to insure the prompt\n\npayment of the same to the Commission.
