Stat. tit. 17, § 17-132","heading":"Application for certificate - Notice","body":"\n\nThe application for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity\n\npursuant to Section 131 of this title shall be under such rules as\n\nthe Corporation Commission may, from time to time, prescribe.
