Stat. tit. 17, § 17-134","heading":"Repair, maintenance or reconstruction - Injury to or","body":"interference with shade trees.\n\nNothing in this act shall prevent the repair, maintenance or\n\nreconstruction of existing telephone properties, or the addition of\n\nnecessary circuits to existing lines, to accomodate increase in\n\nbusiness of the same character.
