Stat. tit. 17, § 17-139.1","heading":"Coin-activated and credit card-activated telephones -","body":"Operating requirements.\n\nThe Corporation Commission shall, by rule or order, promulgate\n\nand enforce operating requirements for coin-activated and credit\n\ncard-activated telephones available for public use owned or operated\n\nby corporations or persons other than telephone corporations\n\nauthorized by the Commission to operate within service areas.
