Stat. tit. 17, § 17-139.301","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Approved Broadband Provider\" shall mean a provider of\n\nBroadband Services, including subsidiaries or affiliates, with a\n\nvalid pole attachment agreement with an Electric Provider to which\n\nit is attaching;\n\n2. \"Broadband Services\" shall mean and include fiber, cable and\n\ntelecommunications networks, including wireless networks capable of\n\ndelivering broadband;\n\n3. \"Electric Provider\", as used in Sections 2 and 3 of this\n\nact, shall mean any corporation, association or cooperative\n\ncorporation engaged in the generation, transmission or distribution\n\nof electric service in this state; and\n\n4. \"Telecommunications Provider\" shall mean any corporation,\n\nassociation or cooperative corporation engaged in the delivery of\n\ntelecommunications over wireline facilities in this state with a\n\nvalid pole attachment agreement with an Electric Provider to which\n\nit is attaching.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ed4b2aace2b83f8af69a0e59d6a098de449277191697d1809f3dbc2d934459fc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-139.203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-139.302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
