Stat. tit. 17, § 17-158.56","heading":"Jurisdiction - Copies of lawful process","body":"The courts of this state are hereby vested with jurisdiction\n\nover every person not resident, domiciled or authorized to do\n\nbusiness in this state who files or is required to file a statement\n\nwith the Corporation Commission as required by Section 2 of this\n\nact, and over all actions involving such person arising out of\n\nviolations of this act.
