Stat. tit. 17, § 17-158.57","heading":"Corporation Commission power - Expenses of conducting","body":"analysis or investigation.\n\nThe Corporation Commission shall have power to perform any and\n\nall acts, and to prescribe, issue, make, amend and rescind such\n\norders, rules, and regulations as it may find necessary or\n\nappropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. The expense of\n\nconducting an analysis or investigation by the Commission of the\n\ninformation required to be filed under Section 3 of this act shall\n\nbe paid by the acquiring party within fifteen (15) days of the\n\npublic hearing required by Section 4 of this act.
