Stat. tit. 17, § 17-158.58","heading":"Violations - Injunctions - Transmitting evidence -","body":"Criminal proceedings.\n\nWhenever it shall appear to the Corporation Commission, the\n\nAttorney General or a rural electric cooperative which reasonably\n\nbelieves itself to be the object of an offer or attempt to obtain\n\ncontrol as described in Section 2 of this act, that any person is\n\nengaged or about to engage in any acts or practices which constitute\n\nor will constitute a violation of the provisions of this act, or of\n\nany rule, regulation or order thereunder, the Commission, the\n\nAttorney General or the rural electric cooperative may bring an\n\naction in the district court in and for Oklahoma County, State of\n\nOklahoma, to enjoin such acts or practices and to enforce compliance\n\nwith this act or any rule, regulation or order or temporary or\n\npermanent injunction shall be granted without bond.
