Any person who willfully and knowingly does or causes to be\n\ndone any act, matter or thing prohibited or declared to be unlawful\n\nby this act, or who willfully and knowingly omits or fails to do any\n\nact, matter or thing required by this act to be done, or willfully\n\nand knowingly causes such omission or failure, shall, upon\n\nconviction thereof, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense\n\npunishable by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment. In addition, such violation shall\n\nbe punished upon conviction thereof by a fine not exceeding Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) for each day during which such offense\n\noccurs.\n\nB.
