Stat. tit. 17, § 17-159.11","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n(a) \"Water Transportation Company\" means any person carrying\n\nwater for compensation through a water transportation line.\n\n(b) \"Water Transportation Line\" means a pipe or canal or\n\ncombination thereof and facilities and appliances thereto used for\n\nthe purpose of transporting or carrying water therein. It includes\n\nthe plural lines and extensions thereof.
