Stat. tit. 17, § 17-159.14","heading":"Information to be furnished with application","body":"In addition to any other requirements of the Commission, the\n\nrules of the Commission shall require the applicant to submit with\n\nits application the following:\n\n(a) Plans, specifications, maps, surveys, and field notes in\n\nsuch detail and form as the Commission shall prescribe to\n\ndemonstrate the physical feasibility of the proposed water\n\ntransportation line and the ability of the applicant to complete the\n\nsame.\n\n(b) Financial statements in such form and detail as the\n\nCommission shall prescribe to demonstrate the estimated cost of the\n\nfacilities and present financial ability of the applicant to\n\nconstruct and operate the same.\n\n(c) A construction schedule showing the proposed starting and\n\ncompletion dates of the project and its major phases, as well as the\n\ndate on which the water transportation line will be available for\n\nservice.\n\n(d) Certification by the Oklahoma Water Resourses Board in such\n\nform as the Commission shall prescribe that there are, under the\n\nlaws of Oklahoma, water permits or rights presently vested in that\n\nsegment of the public sought to be served by the applicant, adequate\n\nto provide the applicant with sufficient traffic to make the\n\nproposed water transportation line financially feasible.\n\n(e) Certification by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board in such\n\nform as the Commission shall prescribe that the water transportation\n\nline to be built, if built in keeping with the proposed plans and\n\nspecifications, will be safe and not a menace to life and property\n\nand will not result in waste through excessive loss of water in\n\ntransit or storage while in the facilities of the applicant.\n\n(f) Certification by the Oklahoma State Department of Health in\n\nsuch form as the Commission shall prescribe that the water\n\ntransportation line to be built, if built in keeping with the\n\nproposed plans and specifications, will be adequate to protect the\n\nwater from pollution or degradation while in the facilities of the\n\napplicant.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cd521a4bedf8fccc7f032e23cbb2a5b53f2104798da0f78c944f353e1c226619","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-159.13","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-159.15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
