Stat. tit. 17, § 17-160.16","heading":"Statement to landowner","body":"For those landowners who are paid based on the amount of\n\nelectrical energy produced from the conversion of wind energy, the\n\nowner or operator of any wind turbine or wind energy facility shall\n\nprovide a statement within ten (10) business days of the payment to\n\nthe landowner in consideration for the use of the property of the\n\nlandowner to generate electrical energy from the conversion of wind\n\nenergy.
