The owner or operator of any wind turbine or wind energy\n\nfacility shall report to the Corporation Commission the power\n\ngenerated from the wind turbine or wind energy facility, the\n\nnameplate capacity of the wind turbine or wind energy facility, and\n\nthe location of the wind turbine or wind energy facility.\n\nB. In the event that a wind energy facility contains wind\n\nturbines with different nameplate capacities, the information\n\nrequired in subsection A of this section shall be separated by\n\ngeneration from each nameplate capacity.\n\nC.
