Stat. tit. 17, § 17-162","heading":"Administrative law judges - Powers - No additional","body":"compensation.\n\nThe Corporation Commission is authorized and empowered to assign\n\npersons in its regular employ as administrative law judges who shall\n\nhave power to administer oaths, examine witnesses, and receive\n\nevidence and report the same to the Corporation Commission, under\n\nsuch rules as the Commission may adopt.
