Stat. tit. 17, § 17-163.1","heading":"Wage rates, benefits, working conditions or other terms","body":"or conditions of employment subject to collective bargaining\n\nagreements - Disallowance or change.\n\nIn establishing rates, unless there is evidence that wage rates,\n\nbenefits, working conditions or other terms or conditions of\n\nemployment are not comparable to other collective bargaining\n\nagreements for comparable regulated and nonregulated entities in\n\ncomparable economic and geographical environments, the Corporation\n\nCommission shall not disallow or otherwise change any wage rate,\n\nbenefit, working condition, or other term or condition of employment\n\nthat is the subject of a collective bargaining agreement between the\n\npublic utility or public service corporation and a labor\n\norganization. Nothing herein shall affect the authority of the\n\nCommission to make adjustments where necessary to match wages and\n\nbenefits with a test year examined by the Commission and to allocate\n\na benefit to the period during which rates will be expected to\n\nremain in effect.\n\nIt is the intention of the Legislature that any provision of\n\nthis section is an amendment to, and alteration of Sections 18\n\nthrough 34 inclusive of Article IX of the Oklahoma Constitution as\n\nauthorized by Section 35 of Article IX of the Oklahoma Constitution.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d5bf85ba623bf6fc631103e8b6e8f05de582f7ba9538f5931ffcd81b3c8ebe1f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-162","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-164"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
