Stat. tit. 17, § 17-166.1a","heading":"Fee schedule for permits, licenses, certificates and","body":"other authorizations - Service fee schedule - Disposition of fees\n\ncollected.\n\nA. The Corporation Commission may establish a schedule of fees\n\nto be charged for applications for, or the issuance of, new,\n\nmodified or renewed permits, licenses, certificates and other\n\nauthorizations and for such other services as are involved in the\n\nregulation of activities, functions and programs within the\n\njurisdiction of the Commission. Such fees shall be subject to the\n\nfollowing limitations:\n\n1. The Commission shall follow the procedures required by the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act for promulgation of rules in\n\nestablishing or amending any such schedule of fees;\n\n2. The Commission shall base its schedule of fees for each\n\nservice, function or program upon the reasonable costs, both direct\n\nand indirect, of operating or providing such services, functions or\n\nprograms, including, but not limited to, the costs of\n\nadministration, personnel, office space, equipment, training,\n\ntravel, inspection and review rendered in connection with each such\n\nservice, function or program;\n\n3. The Commission shall expend monies from fees levied pursuant\n\nto this section, including, but not limited to, application, review,\n\ninspection, monitoring and operating fees, only on the direct or\n\nindirect costs of the specific functions or programs from which such\n\nmonies originate.\n\nB. The Commission may establish a schedule of fees to be\n\ncharged for services, including, but not limited to, searches,\n\ncompilations, certifications or reproductions of maps and\n\npublications, transcripts, blueprints, computer data, electronic\n\nrecordings or documents. Such fees shall be based on the actual\n\ncost to the Commission for the provision of such services.\n\nC.
