The Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to sponsor\n\nand implement conferences to promote the dissemination of knowledge\n\nregarding the Commission's regulatory activities. The Commission is\n\nhereby authorized to charge registration and other fees necessary to\n\ncover the costs of these conferences and shall deposit the fees,\n\nplus any other conference proceeds, including donated funds, into an\n\nagency special account to be created by the Special Agency Account\n\nBoard. Expenditure of monies from this agency special account shall\n\nbe exempt from the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act and shall be for\n\npurposes incidental to the conferences sponsored by the Commission.\n\nB.
