Stat. tit. 17, § 17-180.7","heading":"Corporation Commission Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Corporation Commission, to be designated the \"Corporation\n\nCommission Revolving Fund\". The revolving fund shall consist of all\n\nfees and monies received by the Corporation Commission as required\n\nby law to be deposited to the credit of said fund and any other\n\nmonies, excluding appropriated funds, that are not directed by law\n\nto be deposited to the credit of any other Corporation Commission\n\nFund. Said revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations and shall not be subject to legislative\n\nappropriation. Expenditures from said revolving fund shall be made\n\npursuant to the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the\n\nCorporation Commission and shall be for general operating expenses\n\nof the Corporation Commission. In addition, expenditures from said\n\nrevolving fund may be made pursuant to the Oklahoma Central\n\nPurchasing Act for the purpose of immediately responding to\n\nemergency situations, within the Commission's jurisdiction, having\n\npotentially critical environmental or public safety impact.
