Stat. tit. 17, § 17-191.10","heading":"Injunctions - Bond not required - Evidence","body":"Whenever it shall appear to the Corporation Commission, the\n\nAttorney General or a domestic public utility which reasonably\n\nbelieves itself to be the object of a tender offer or attempt to\n\nobtain control as described in Section 2 of this act, that any\n\nperson is engaged or about to engage in any acts or practices which\n\nconstitute or will constitute a violation of the provisions of this\n\nact, or of any rule, regulation or order thereunder, the Commission,\n\nthe Attorney General or the domestic public utility may bring an\n\naction in the district court in and for Oklahoma County, State of\n\nOklahoma, to enjoin such acts or practices and to enforce compliance\n\nwith this act or any rule, regulation or order thereunder, and upon\n\na proper showing being made a restraining order or temporary or\n\npermanent injunction shall be granted without bond.
