Stat. tit. 17, § 17-191.6","heading":"Notice of hearing - Bond for payment of expenses","body":"Notice, in a form to be specified by the Corporation Commission,\n\nof the public hearing to be held pursuant to Section 5 of this act\n\nshall be mailed, or shall be given in such other manner as may be\n\ndetermined by the Commission, by the domestic public utility to its\n\ncustomers within ten (10) business days after it has received notice\n\nof the hearing from the Commission. The expenses of preparation and\n\nmailing and giving of such notice shall be borne by the person\n\nfiling the statement required by Section 2 of this act.
