Stat. tit. 17, § 17-191.8","heading":"Court jurisdiction - Agent for service of process","body":"The courts of this state are hereby vested with jurisdiction\n\nover every person not resident, domiciled or authorized to do\n\nbusiness in this state who files or is required to file a statement\n\nwith the Corporation Commission as required by Section 2 of this\n\nact, and over all actions involving such person arising out of\n\nviolations of this act. The Commission shall be the agent for\n\nservice of process for any such person in any action, suit or\n\nproceeding arising out of violations of this act.
