Stat. tit. 17, § 17-2","heading":"Contempt proceedings - When authorized - Institution of","body":"prosecution - Notice.\n\nIn case of failure of any corporation, person or firm to obey or\n\ncomply with any order or requirement of the Corporation Commission,\n\nthe Commission may punish such corporation, person or firm, as for\n\ncontempt. Such contempt proceedings may be instituted by any\n\ncitizen of this state, or other parties affected by such order, by\n\nfiling an affidavit with the Corporation Commission, setting forth\n\nthe acts of omission or failure to comply with such order or\n\nrequirement.
