Stat. tit. 17, § 17-255","heading":"Preexisting clauses to continue","body":"Any fuel adjustment clause approved and in effect for any public\n\nutility immediately prior to the effective date of this act shall\n\nremain in effect in its present form and method of operation until\n\nprocedures conforming to the requirements of this act have been\n\napproved, established and placed into effect by the Commission.
