Stat. tit. 17, § 17-257","heading":"Electric generation cooperatives - Report of fuel","body":"adjustment clauses.\n\nElectric generation cooperatives which determine to utilize a\n\nfuel adjustment clause shall report such fuel adjustment clause to\n\nthe Commission. The Commission shall promulgate reasonable rules\n\nrequiring each such cooperative to file monthly with the Commission,\n\nthe following:\n\n1. A report of adjustments charged or credited to its wholesale\n\nelectric customers on its current monthly billing;\n\n2. A statement of the items and costs making up the average\n\ncost of fuel per million BTU and associated costs in dollars and\n\ncents or fraction thereof;\n\n3. A summary of its fuel and gas purchase invoices and its\n\ncomputation of the proposed monthly fuel adjustment charges;\n\n4. A summary of inventory records of fuel going into and taken\n\nout of stockpile or storage;\n\n5. A report containing the average unit price, the change in\n\nthe average unit price, the volume purchased and a brief explanation\n\nof any change in such unit cost; and\n\n6. Any other records pertaining to fuel adjustment charges\n\ndeemed necessary by the Commission including, but not limited to,\n\nthe heat-rate efficiency and delivery efficiency for affected\n\nelectric generating cooperatives and the actual capacity factor for\n\neach generating facility utilized to produce electric power.
