Stat. tit. 17, § 17-260","heading":"Disclosure of per unit rate in consumer's bill","body":"\n\nEach electric distribution cooperative applying a purchased\n\npower adjustment charge in its bills shall separately disclose the\n\nper unit rate of the purchased power adjustment charge. Upon\n\nrequest by any individual consumer, such cooperative shall also\n\ndisclose for the month for which the request is received:\n\n1. The dollars and cents of the purchased power adjustment\n\ncharge; and\n\n2.
