Stat. tit. 17, § 17-261","heading":"Preexisting purchased power adjustment clauses","body":"Any purchased power adjustment clause approved and in effect for\n\nany electric distribution cooperative immediately prior to the\n\neffective date of this act shall remain in effect in its present\n\nform and method of operation until procedures conforming to the\n\nrequirements of this act have been approved, established and placed\n\ninto effect by the Commission.
