Stat. tit. 17, § 17-270","heading":"Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 - Power and duties of","body":"Corporation Commission - Applications for determinations - Fees.\n\nIn order to implement the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (Public\n\nLaw 95-621), the Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to\n\nprocess applications for determinations as provided for in the rules\n\nand regulations issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.\n\nThe Corporation Commission shall possess such powers and perform\n\nsuch acts as are necessary to comply with the Natural Gas Policy Act\n\nof 1978 (Public Law 95-621). The Corporation Commission shall\n\ncharge a filing fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per well for a\n\nwell category determination or determinations under the Natural Gas\n\nPolicy Act of 1978.
