Stat. tit. 17, § 17-271","heading":"Appeals","body":"Appellate jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Supreme\n\nCourt of this state to review the procedures employed by the\n\nCommission to carry out the provisions of this act and the Federal\n\nNatural Gas Policy Act of 1978, in the same manner and time as\n\nappeals are allowed by law from orders of the Commission in\n\nexercising their powers under the Oil and Gas Conservation Act.
