Stat. tit. 17, § 17-283","heading":"Exit conferences","body":"The Public Utility Division Director shall designate personnel\n\nwith at least five (5) years' experience in public utility\n\nratemaking, and with managerial responsibility for and knowledge of\n\nthe issues raised in the audit, to conduct an exit conference on\n\nbehalf of the Public Utility Division. The Public Utility Division\n\nrepresentative shall conduct an exit conference with designees of\n\nthe utility being audited, within ten (10) days of the audit's\n\nconclusion. At the exit conference, the preliminary draft of the\n\naudit findings should be discussed. An exit conference memorandum,\n\nidentifying all matters discussed at the exit conference shall be\n\napproved by the Director of the Public Utility Division.
