Stat. tit. 17, § 17-304","heading":"Exemptions","body":"The provisions of the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank\n\nConsolidation Act shall not apply to:\n\n1. Septic tank systems;\n\n2. Pipeline facilities;\n\n3. Surface impoundments, pits, ponds or lagoons;\n\n4. Stormwater and wastewater collection systems;\n\n5. Flow-through process tank systems;\n\n6. Liquid trap or associated gathering lines directly related\n\nto oil or gas production and gathering operations;\n\n7. Hydraulic lift tank systems;\n\n8. Hydrogen storage tank systems;\n\n9. Storage tank systems with a capacity of less than one\n\nhundred ten (110) gallons;\n\n10. Fleet and commercial aboveground storage tanks with an\n\nindividual capacity of two thousand one hundred (2,100) gallons or\n\nless;\n\n11. Storage tank systems with a de minimus concentration of\n\nregulated substances;\n\n12. Storage tank systems that serve as emergency backup tanks,\n\nprovided that such backup tanks hold regulated substances for only a\n\nshort period of time and are expeditiously emptied after each use.\n\nThe provisions of this paragraph shall not prevent Corporation\n\nCommission notification requirements and such other restrictions as\n\nmay be deemed necessary by the Commission to protect the\n\nenvironment;\n\n13. Farm or residential underground storage tanks with an\n\nindividual capacity of one thousand one hundred (1,100) gallons or\n\nless used for noncommercial purposes;\n\n14. Underground storage tanks used for storing heating oil for\n\nconsumptive use on the premises where stored;\n\n15. Storage tank systems storing hazardous wastes regulated\n\nunder Subtitle C of the federal Solid Waste Disposal Act, 42 U.S.C.,\n\nSection 6921 et seq., or substances regulated as hazardous wastes\n\nunder the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act; and\n\n16.
