An annual permit fee of not more than Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00) per tank shall be assessed by the Corporation Commission\n\nupon each owner or operator of a storage tank system for regulated\n\nsubstances. Such fee shall be assessed upon each storage tank or\n\nstorage tank compartment owned or operated by such owner or operator\n\nwhether in use or not.\n\nB. Failure to pay the fees required by subsection A of this\n\nsection shall subject an owner or operator of a storage tank system\n\nto:\n\n1. A penalty of fifty percent (50%) of the computed total fee\n\ndue and owing by such owner and operator; or\n\n2. Storage tank system shutdown, suspension or nonrenewal of\n\nthe permit to operate such system issued by the Commission until\n\npayment of such fees or penalty, or both, so assessed; or\n\n3.
