Stat. tit. 17, § 17-313","heading":"Records, reports and information - Public inspection -","body":"Confidentiality - Disclosure to federal or state representatives.\n\nA. Any records, reports or information obtained pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act shall be available\n\nto the public except as provided in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. Upon a showing satisfactory to the Corporation Commission by\n\nany person that records, reports or information, or a particular\n\npart thereof is made public, would divulge production or sales\n\nfigures or methods, processes or production unique to such person or\n\nwould otherwise tend to affect adversely the competitive position of\n\nsuch person by revealing trade secrets, the Commission shall\n\nconsider such record, report or information or particular portion\n\nthereof, confidential.\n\nC. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent\n\ndisclosures of such report, record or information to federal or\n\nstate representatives as necessary for purposes of administration of\n\nany federal or state laws or when relevant to proceedings pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act.\n\nD.
