Stat. tit. 17, § 17-315","heading":"Corporation Commission Storage Tank Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Corporation Commission, to be designated the \"Corporation\n\nCommission Storage Tank Revolving Fund\", (Storage Tank Revolving\n\nFund). The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nCommission, from:\n\n1. The proceeds of any fees imposed pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act, Section\n\n301 et seq. of this title;\n\n2. Interest attributable to investment of monies in the\n\nCorporation Commission Storage Tank Revolving Fund;\n\n3. Monies received by the Commission in the form of gifts,\n\ngrants other than federal grants, reimbursements or appropriations\n\nfrom any source intended to be used for the purposes of the\n\nrevolving fund;\n\n4. Fines, forfeitures, administrative fees, settlement\n\nproceeds; and\n\n5. Any other sums designated for deposit to the revolving fund\n\nfrom any source public or private.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said revolving fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCommission for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act and the rules\n\npromulgated thereto.
