The Corporation Commission shall employ one (1) Director of\n\nAdministration. Said position shall be in the unclassified service.\n\nB. The Director of Administration shall be required to hold at\n\nleast a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration,\n\naccounting, personnel management, public administration, counseling,\n\npolitical science, related fields or experience equivalent thereto,\n\nor shall hold a juris doctorate degree, and shall have experience in\n\na supervisory capacity in administrative or personnel management\n\nwork.\n\nC. The Director of Administration shall perform duties as\n\ndirected by the Commission.\n\nD.
