The Director of the Petroleum Storage Tank Division shall\n\nmake a written report on an annual basis to the Corporation\n\nCommissioners, the Storage Tank Advisory Council, the Speaker of the\n\nHouse of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate\n\ndetailing the following:\n\n1. The total number of storage tank applicants requesting\n\ndisbursement from the Indemnity Fund during the preceding year;\n\n2. The total number of storage tank applicants receiving\n\npayment during the preceding year and total amount disbursed for\n\nsuch payments;\n\n3. The average time frame for providing disbursements to\n\napplicants;\n\n4. The total amount of funds needed to complete the corrective\n\naction and achieve closure of all release cases; and\n\n5. Any other information requested by the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives or the President Pro Tempore of the Senate\n\nregarding the Indemnity Fund program.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall submit an annual report to\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate detailing the amount of assessments collected\n\nfor deposit to the Indemnity Fund and to the State Transportation\n\nFund.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall submit an\n\nannual report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate detailing the expenditures made\n\nfrom the revenue received from the assessment levied pursuant to\n\nSection 327.1 of this title.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality shall\n\nsubmit an annual report to the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate\n\ndetailing the expenditures made from the revenue received from the\n\nassessment levied pursuant to Section 327.1 of this title.\n\nE. By December 1, 1998, and every year thereafter, the State\n\nAuditor and Inspector shall conduct an independent audit of the\n\nbooks, records, files and other such documents of the Corporation\n\nCommission pertaining to and which relate to the administration of\n\nthe Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity Fund. The audit shall include\n\nbut shall not be limited to a review of agency compliance with state\n\nstatutes regarding the Indemnity Fund, internal control procedures,\n\nadequacy of claim process expenditures from and debits of the\n\nIndemnity Fund regarding administration, personnel, operating and\n\nother expenses charged by the Corporation Commission; the duties\n\nperformed in detail by agency personnel and Indemnity Fund personnel\n\nfor which payment is made from the Indemnity Fund, and\n\nrecommendations for improving claim processing, equipment needed for\n\nclaim processing, internal control or structure for administering\n\nthe Indemnity Fund; and such other areas deemed necessary by the\n\nState Auditor and Inspector.\n\nF. The cost of the audit shall be borne by the Indemnity Fund.\n\nG.
