Any Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity Fund bill which would\n\nchange the distribution of the assessment imposed pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 327.1 of this title and decrease the amount\n\nrequired to be deposited in the Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity\n\nFund shall require approval of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the\n\nmembership of each House of the Legislature to become law.\n\nB. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not\n\napply to any Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity Fund bill that\n\nappropriates monies from the Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity Fund\n\nfor purposes of increasing the costs of administering the Indemnity\n\nFund or related administrative functions of the Corporation\n\nCommission.\n\nC.
