Said positions shall be in the\n\nunclassified service and each shall have a maximum annual salary,\n\npayable monthly, which shall be specified in the Commission's annual\n\nappropriation bill. Each Administrative Aide shall have such powers\n\nand perform such duties as are assigned to him by the Corporation\n\nCommissioner.
