Stat. tit. 17, § 17-34.1","heading":"Implementation and administration of Public Utility","body":"Regulatory Policies Act and Residential Energy Conservation Program.\n\nThe Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have the power to\n\nimplement and administer the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act\n\n(P.L. 95-617) and the Residential Energy Conservation Program, 42\n\nU.S.C., Sections 8211 through 8235i.
