Prior to July 1, 1991, full-time-equivalent employee\n\npositions filled contingent upon the procurement of funding provided\n\nunder the Federal Underground Injection Control Program shall be in\n\nthe unclassified service and not subject to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Personnel Act. Said full-time-equivalent employee\n\npositions funded by the Federal Underground Injection Control\n\nProgram shall terminate upon the exhaustion of said federal funding.\n\nB.
